Needle Nose Jack

Children living rough on the streets of London are vanishing. Nobody seems to care. The authorities and those in power even turn a blind eye to their very existence.

 

The homeless children tell tales and sing songs about a monster lurking in the dark corners of the city. A monster that is preying on them. A monster they call Needle Nose Jack.

Professor Ashcroft, debunker of the the supernatural, insists that Needle Nose Jack is just a fairy tale told by the children to scare each other.

His assistant Nicholas Briggs obsessed with uncovering a conspiracy reaching into the upper echelons of British society is nonchalant to the children tales.

 

Moved by the children's blight Gertie Stubbs takes it upon herself to come to their aid. Embarking into the squalid streets of London determined discover whether is Needle Nose Jack just a story or is the real monster responsible for the disappearances.
